Client Support Manager

Salary TBC + Company Car + Commission & Bonus Scheme 

Responsibilities 

The role will be primarily to promote S4S & Smilelign products and services directly to clients and potential clients throughout the UK as well as undertaking tasks assigned such as: 

  • Liaising and networking with customers, colleagues etc; 
  • Arranging appointments and visiting clients/potential clients around the UK
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; 
  • Providing technical support for customers
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases; 
  • Liasing with the Marketing team on campaigns and events
  • Support in the organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc; 
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies; 
  • Monitoring competitor activity;

This role would be best suited to someone with a dental nursing, clinical or technical background.
