S4S Dental Laboratory has received a vote of confidence from its own clients, after conducting an online survey to monitor how its customers rated elements of its service.
“It was great that so many customers responded to the survey, and a big pat on the back to our staff that they were so positive,” says S4S technical director Matt Everatt. Both product quality and service standards scored consistently high marks.
Nearly 90% of the customers who took part in the survey said they were very likely or extremely likely to recommend S4S to peers and colleagues, while a full 100% said S4S staff answer their questions well or extremely well.
The high regard for the S4S team was evident in all of the replies received from customers. All clients found S4S staff to be responsive, with more than half judging them to be extremely responsive. And more than three quarters of the customers felt S4S offered better product quality and better service quality than its rivals.
“This is great news, but it doesn’t mean we can be complacent,” said Matt. “We see this as an opportunity to increase our efforts still further to increase the distance between us and our rivals.”
