Teamwork is critical to delivering quality & innovation to our clients. We commit to this through:

•Business culture. A must-have quality, going above expectations and being a team player is actively sought at interview. Recognised for strong team work, we're encouraged to show these skills in our working days. This has created a supportive culture, whether building a raft, on a work social, or attending an impromptu lunch at a local eatery.

•Continuous training. Attending CPD sponsored seminars & in-house training, we learn and develop together. Sharing knowledge and best practice leads to outcomes including our new Smilelign portal and improved workflows. 

•Collaboration. Working closely with the Dental Technology Department at Sheffield College & Manchester University, we employ students, supporting them along their journey. In return? We get fresh minds with bright ideas.

•Example. From the top down, our staff want us to achieve. No job is too small, and every contribution is welcomed. Our suggestion box and weekly meetings provide a place where everyone has a place to talk, share, and advise. Away-days push boundaries, enabling us to see each other in a different light, and understand the importance of each other...
